Advertiser Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

FineHour Inc. (the "Company") processes the personal information of advertisers applying for the RightPose AI self-serve advertising service (the "Ad Service") in accordance with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act (Korea) and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Korea). Please review the following and decide whether to consent. This consent isRequired, and if you do not consent, you cannot use the ad placement service.
1. Personal Information Collected

We do not collect unique identification information such as resident registration numbers.Impression and click aggregation (statistics) uses only the ad identifier, placement, and count; no personal information of app users or posture-analysis images is included whatsoever.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Collected personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, information that must be retained under applicable law is kept for the periods below and then destroyed.

4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
To provide the Ad Service, the Company outsources personal information processing as follows. Outsourcing agreements include the provisions required by applicable law to ensure personal information is managed securely.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not provide advertisers' personal information to third parties beyond the purposes stated in this consent form, except in the following cases.
- When the advertiser has given separate prior consent
- Where specifically required by law, or where an investigative agency requests it in accordance with statutory procedures
- Where necessary to fulfill legal obligations such as tax invoice issuance and settlement (limited to the relevant authorities)
Payment processing is carried out through the payment gateway (Toss Payments) under "4. Outsourcing," which constitutes outsourced processing, not provision to a third party.
6. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences of Refusal
The advertiser has the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, the items above areRequired information, so if you refuse consent, ad applications, payment, and placement will be restricted.
7. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
The advertiser (data subject) may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Request to access personal information
- Request correction or deletion in case of errors
- Request to suspend processing
To exercise these rights, email the Privacy Officer below; requests will be handled without delay (within 10 business days) in accordance with applicable law.
