RightPose AI reviews every ad creative before it runs so desktop app users get a clean, trustworthy ad experience. Please read these guidelines before applying for or registering an ad. Creatives that do not meet the guidelines may be rejected; you can replace the image and reapply.
📌 These guidelines apply together with the Advertising Service Terms of Use and the Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information. By submitting an ad request (payment), you are deemed to have confirmed and agreed to these guidelines. Specific criteria may change in accordance with operating policy, with prior notice.

1. Ad Positions and Placement Method
Ads in the RightPose AI app are 2 positions. Up to 3 ads per placement per day are shown in rotation (billboard-style), and one of them is displayed at random each time the user views the screen.

Impression notice · "Impressions" means rotating exposure during the run dates; no specific number of impressions or clicks is guaranteed. Up to 3 ads may run at the same time on the same date and slot. Weekend (Sat/Sun) rates are priced differently from weekdays, and certain dates may have separate rates. Check the calendar on the ad application screen for exact per-date rates and remaining availability.
Ads are not shown to Pro (ad-free) subscribers, signed-out users, or users who are offline.
2. Image Specifications and File Size
Please create your creative to the recommended specs for each placement. Off-spec images may be cropped, padded, or blurry, and may be rejected in review.

General creative recommendations
- Sharp resolution — avoid low-resolution or heavily compressed images and broken text
- Avoid excessive text — keep it within 30% of the image area (for readability on small screens)
- Keep text legible — avoid tiny type and text colors with low contrast against the background
- Copyright — use only images, fonts, and logos you hold the rights to use
- Edges and margins — card corners may be rounded off, so keep important elements away from the edges
- Animation, video, and GIF are not supported (still images only)
Image retention notice · Uploaded ad images are used only for placement and review, and are unrelated to app users' posture analysis images. RightPose AI never stores or transmits users' webcam footage.
3. Permitted / Prohibited Industries
The following are representative examples; industries not listed may also be restricted under applicable laws and operating policies. Industries requiring statutory review or licensing are Relevant qualifications and licenses.

- Recruiting and hiring, B2B services
🚫 Prohibited
- Illegal, criminal, or unlicensed products/services
- Adult or pornographic material, sexual content
- Gambling or games of chance (betting, lotteries, casinos, etc.)
- Excessive promotion of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or alcohol
- Unlicensed medical services, pharmaceuticals, or health supplements; exaggerated efficacy claims
- Unlicensed finance, investment, crypto, lending, or multi-level marketing
- Hate, discrimination, political agitation, or religious coercion
- Phishing, malware, or fraudulent links
Medical devices, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, financial products, etc. subject to statutory review The creative must show the review-approval or license/permit information required by applicable law; if missing, placement will be refused.
4. Expression Rules (Copy and Links)
4-1. Copy and Creative Expression
- No exaggerated or false advertising — avoid unverifiable absolute claims such as "100% guaranteed", "no matter what", or "instant cure"
- Superlatives (No. 1 in Korea, the best, etc.) only with objective evidence
- No unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, logos, or brands; no disparaging or comparative advertising
- No exposure of personal information (others' names, contact details, photos, etc.)
- No designs that create urgency or fear or mislead users (e.g., disguised as system alerts or buttons)
- No wording that implies endorsement by or affiliation with RightPose AI
4-2. Link (Click-through Destination) Policy
- Links are
http/httpsscheme only (no direct app or file download links) - The landing page content must match the ad creative (no bait-and-switch landing pages)
- No automatic downloads, automatic redirects, or pop-up chains on click
- The landing page must be free of malware, phishing, and illegal content
- The link is optional; if left blank, only the image is shown
5. Review Criteria and Turnaround Time
Once payment is complete, your order Pending review (pending_review) status, and an operator reviews the creative against these guidelines.
- Review time: After payment is completed 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Additional time may be needed if the creative requires revisions.
- If approved: Your ad is shown in the app on the reserved run dates. Orders with imminent run dates may be reviewed first.
- If rejected: We will notify you of the reason for rejection. You may edit the image, link, or copy and reapply.
- Urgent placement (same day): By default, ads From the day after you apply is available for placement. Please apply well in advance to allow time for review.
⚠️ If review is not completed before the placement start date, or an ad is rejected mid-run for a guideline violation, settlement and refunds follow "6. Refund and Cancellation Policy" and the "Ad Service Terms of Use."
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
An ad is a product that reserves and pays for the right to run on the selected dates. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the criteria below depending on the placement status. For details, the refund provisions of the Advertising Service Terms of Use apply.

7. Common Reasons for Rejection
Checking the items below in advance increases your chance of being approved on the first try.
- Images that differ from the recommended spec (size/ratio) → cropping, blank margins, or blurring
- File too large (over 2MB) or unsupported format (GIF, video, etc.)
- Creatives with too much or too small text that hurts readability
- The business is in a prohibited category, or is subject to statutory review but license/approval details cannot be verified
- Exaggerated, false, or absolute claims; unauthorized use of third-party trademarks
- The destination link is unrelated to the creative, is inaccessible, or triggers an automatic download
- Images infringing copyright or portrait rights (unauthorized use)
